Will I be matched with competitors? +

Never. Promizio is built specifically around non-competing partnerships. We never match two businesses in the same subcategory. A yoga studio will never be matched with another yoga studio — but they might be matched with an organic food brand, a wellness app, or a sustainable clothing brand that serves the same audience.

Do I need a large audience to join? +

No. Promizio works at any scale. A business shipping 50 parcels a month can still offer meaningful value to a partner whose customers would love their product. What matters most is audience relevance, not size. A highly targeted list of 500 subscribers is often more valuable than a generic list of 50,000.

Can I run different campaigns with different partners at the same time? +

Absolutely. Each campaign is completely independent. You could run an in-box insert campaign with a men's clothing brand while simultaneously running a newsletter campaign with a women's lifestyle brand. Each has its own terms, timeline, and tracking.

Do both businesses have to agree before a campaign goes live? +

Yes, always. Both businesses propose their terms independently, Promizio shows the combined proposal to both parties, and both must approve before anything goes live. Neither business can be enrolled in a campaign without explicitly accepting it.

Can I be matched with businesses in other countries? +

Yes, especially for e-commerce. If you ship to multiple countries, you can be matched with businesses that serve audiences in those same markets — regardless of where they're based. A Danish brand shipping to Sweden can be matched with a Swedish business whose customers would love Danish products.

How do I know a matched business is legitimate? +

All businesses go through a review before being made available for matching. We also offer a Verified badge for businesses that complete additional verification — confirming their business registration, audience claims, and fulfilment history. Verified businesses appear more prominently in match suggestions.

Is it really free to start? +

Yes. Our Starter plan is free forever and includes up to 3 matches per month and access to the basic campaign builder. No credit card required to sign up. Paid plans unlock unlimited matches, full analytics, and priority features when you're ready to scale.

What types of campaigns can I run? +

Promizio supports in-box inserts (physical flyers, samples or cards in your partner's parcels), email newsletter mentions, social media shoutouts, coupon codes, in-store promotions, backlinks between websites, and co-branded blog posts. You choose what you're comfortable offering and what you'd like in return — and every campaign is agreed by both sides before going live.
